Games should be playable by everyone, at the pace their skill allows.

Responsive

The player should always feel like they have agency and affect the outcome.

Intuitive

Focus on intuitive interactions in order to reduce tutorials and hand-holding.

Deep

Games should get deeper as you play; like looking down while swimming out from shore.
